Club Policies

Audience Guidelines

  • We love our performers and try to create a warm and attentive audience environment.
  • Common Courtesy applies to performer and other audience members
  • Limit flash pictures
  • No cell phone Ringing, Use or Talking 
inside the performance area
  • Doors open at 7:30 – no early admittance
  • Please wait  for clapping
  • Conversation is quiet

Refreshments

Coffee, tea, soda, water, cider (in season) 
cookies (often home baked)
 quiche (sometimes)

Cancellations

If it is necessary to cancel a concert or Coffeehouse due to weather,  a notice will be posted on the home page of this web site.  If a cancellation is necessary  full refunds will be made to pre-purchased ticket holders.

Email List Privacy

It is our policy to that we Do Not allow our email contact list to be shared or sold -nor do we use our email distrubution list to promote anything else but the news of the SSFMC. Currently we are using MailChimp to distribute our newsletters. MailChimp let’s people manage their subscription information, edit their contact info and unsubscribe easily.
